Healthy Yolo brings together community members, non-profits, government agencies, and healthcare to collectively build a Yolo County where everyone has what they need to thrive. Healthy Yolo is coordinated (backboned) by staff from the Public Health Branch of Yolo County HHSA.

    PARTICIPANTS: Please bring water and dress appropriately for the weather, as this class is outside in the garden; heavy rain will postpone the class.

    THIS CLASS WILL COVER:

    • Strategies for using drip irrigation to maximize water usage. 
    • Learn what supplies are need to set up a basic drip irrigation system. 
    • Find out how drip irrigation can increase produce yield and health. 
    • Drip line system set-up will be demonstrated during this class. 
    • Get your questions answered.
