Healthy Yolo brings together community members, non-profits, government agencies, and healthcare to collectively build a Yolo County where everyone has what they need to thrive. Healthy Yolo is coordinated (backboned) by staff from the Public Health Branch of Yolo County HHSA.

    • A resident Community Advisory Board for CHIP development that included eight residents from throughout the County.

    All Accredited Paramedics in Yolo County are required to attend a mandatory YEMSA ALS Update class once during a two-year accreditation cycle. These classes will be offered every other month through YEMSA on Zoom. A minimum of five paramedics must be registered for the class two weeks prior to the date of the class or it will be canceled.  Early registration is required.
