Healthy Yolo brings together community members, non-profits, government agencies, and healthcare to collectively build a Yolo County where everyone has what they need to thrive. Healthy Yolo is coordinated (backboned) by staff from the Public Health Branch of Yolo County HHSA.

    • Three Community Health Assessments (CHAs) and two Community Health Improvement Plans (CHIPs)
    • A resident Community Advisory Board for CHIP development that included eight residents from throughout the County.

    • Introduction: CQI purpose is to improve the quality of the EMS system through standardization, education and collaboration. All proceedings, documents, and discussions of CQI meetings are confidential pursuant to section 1157.7 of the Evidence Code of the State of California.
