Healthy Yolo brings together community members, non-profits, government agencies, and healthcare to collectively build a Yolo County where everyone has what they need to thrive. Healthy Yolo is coordinated (backboned) by staff from the Public Health Branch of Yolo County HHSA.

    Please join us for our upcoming Healthy Yolo Virtual Community Health Townhall. We will be discussing the Healthy Yolo Collaborative and our draft Community Health Improvement Plan. Townhall participants will also have the opportunity to help select strategy areas for action.
