Service Information 

The Willowbank County Service Area (CSA 12) was established in May of 1996 to provide water service (map of district).  Water service is now provided by the City of Davis and customers are direct billed by the City.  The County continues to collect a $35/parcel fee on the annual tax roll for management of the CSA. View online tax statements


The Willowbank CSA is governed by the Yolo County Board of Supervisors and the policies and procedures of the County of Yolo (which are available upon request), and is advised by the Willowbank CSA Advisory Committee.  Those interested in serving on the advisory committee can apply here  Serving on the Willowbank CSA advisory committee is a non-compensated appointment.
