Planning Commission Appeal Information

Most actions taken by the Planning Commission are final unless appealed to the Board of Supervisors.

All appeals from decisions of the Planning Commission must be filed with the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors no later than 15 calendar days from the day of the hearing. (Day one is the first day following the day of the hearing)
