An initial deposit of $21,248.28 is required upon submittal (check or credit card only). A lesser initial deposit amount may be authorized. Please consult with Jeff Anderson, Senior Planner (contact information below), prior to submitting a Cannabis Use Permit application. Fees are a deposit and additional fees may be required.

Appointments are required to submit a Cannabis Use Permit application. You may submit the Cannabis Use Permit application in-person at the Department of Community Services, 292 West Beamer Street, Woodland, CA 95695. Please contact Jeff Anderson, Senior Planner, at (530) 666-8043 or jeff.anderson@yolocounty.org to schedule an appointment.

PLEASE NOTE: Applications for Retail-Storefront (dispensary) Use Permits will be accepted beginning October 16, 2023. Please click here for more information.
