The latest version of the Zoning Code (Title 8 of the Yolo County Code) was approved by the Yolo County Board of Supervisors on July 15, 2014.
PDF files of the adopted Zoning Code, with amendments to date (approximately 430 pages) are listed below. The Zoning Code, and the accompanying Zoning Maps, may be downloaded and printed in whole or in sections.
Note that there is another version of the Zoning Code available on the Board of Supervisors webpage at https://www.yolocounty.org/government/board-of-supervisors/county-code. That version of the entire County Code (including Title 8, the Zoning Code) is maintained by an outside vendor and is searchable. The formatting for that version of the Zoning Code is slightly different than the PDF files that can be downloaded from this page but the text is identical.
