Records of Survey, Parcel Maps and Subdivision Maps in the unincorporated County are received by the Public Works Division and reviewed for technical accuracy by a consulting licensed land surveyor to satisfy statutory requirements prior to filing with the County Recorder.

If you plan to submit a Record of Survey for review and filing, please review the Record of Survey Review Checklist prior to submitting to the County Surveyor. The County Surveyor stamp (.dwg) to be included in the appropriate submittal documents.
