2024 Owner Occupied Rehab Program

Financial Assistance for Your Home

The Housing Rehabilitation Program offers financial aid in the form of a deferred, low interest loan for up to $80,000.

Who is Eligible?

This program is open to low-to-moderate income households residing in unincorporated areas of Yolo County.

How Can You Use the Funds?

Eligible uses for these funds include:

Resolving existing violations.
Correcting health and safety hazards within the home.
Improving accessibility features of your home.
Increasing the energy efficiency of your property.
