The County of Yolo is soliciting proposals from qualified housing program consulting firms. The County has received 2015 HOME Program funds for the construction of Phase II of 40 units of new rental housing located within the County limits. An Administrative Subcontractor is being sought to oversee the documentation, compliance and cash disbursements related to this project.
