Wild Wings residents can access their water use information by making an account and logging in to UBMax Online: https://billpay.ubmaxonline.com/UBMax/BillPayLoginAction.do

If you do not have an account, to register with UBMax, please do the following: 

• For Municipality Code, enter YoloCountyCA
• For First Name enter your account number.
• For Last Name, leave blank.
• For Account Number, enter your account number. 
• Enter your preferred email address and set up your Username and Password. 

Note: Every residence has a different account number. You should have received your account number in the mail. If you would like assistance with your account number or setting up your UBMax account, please reach out to YoloCSA@yolocounty.org.

Historical Drought Information

 In the Spring of 2021, Governor Gavin Newsom issued a drought declaration and encouraged Californians to do their part to reduce water usage. The Yolo County Board of Supervisors adopted a Local Drought Emergency at the July 27, 2021, meeting for the unincorporated areas of the County and adopted a resolution urging a 25% voluntary reduction in water use within the Wild Wings County Service Area in response to the drought emergency. The resolution also confirms the authority of the Director of Emergency Services to implement emergency orders and regulations imposing mandatory restrictions as necessitated by water supply conditions.

Rebate Program

The Yolo County Board of Supervisors approved a water conservation rebate program at the October 12, 2021, meeting. The resolution and staff report found here established a landscape design assistance program, a grass removal program and a rebate for the purchase and installation of a weather-based irrigation controller for Wild Wings residents. 

Residents can apply for any of the three programs by completing the application found here. Residents applying for the Landscape Design Assistance Program must use a County-approved landscaper.  Please address any questions to YoloCSA@yolocounty.org
