Executive Management
This team, led by the Chief Probation Officer, is responsible for the administration of the department, overseeing all operations including probation and detention services, budgeting and fiscal operations, strategic planning, human resources, facilities/information technology management and clerical services.
Clerical Unit
This unit provides administrative support to all divisions in the department. Legal Secretaries are responsible for maintaining and processing case information and managing the progression of cases from beginning to final disposition in accordance with department policy and procedure. Administrative Clerks handle all aspects of reception duties, ensuring visitors and clients are properly screened and directed to the appropriate Probation Officer or staff.Fiscal Unit
This unit administers the department budget and provides support functions including procurement, inventory, grant management, accounting and payroll.
