Yolo County has boat launch locations at Clarksburg, Knights Landing and Elkhorn Regional Park
BOAT LAUNCH FEES
The day use fee for boat launch parks is enforced at the following park sites; Knights Landing Boat Launch, and Elkhorn Boat Launch
- All vehicles: $12.00 per day
- Disabled (placard/plate required): Free
ANNUAL BOAT LAUNCH USE FEES: If you frequent the Yolo County Park often, then an Annual Boat Launch Pass can save you a lot of time and money. The boat launch annual pass is valid for parking and launching your boat at Knights Landing and Elkhorn Boat Launches. Annual Boat Launch Passes are valid for one year from date of purchase. Annual Boat Launch Passes may be purchased in person at the Yolo County Parks Division office on Mondays and Tuesdays at 120 West Main Street, Suite D, Woodland, CA 95695 or over the phone (530-406-4880) during normal business hours. - Non-resident of Yolo County: $130.00 per year

CLARKSBURG BOAT LAUNCH
38125 South River Road, Clarksburg, CA 95612
The Clarksburg Boat Launch is located on a 3.9 acre shelf of land inside the Sacramento River Levee just 1.5 miles south of the town of Clarksburg. The boat ramp serves as an access to the Sacramento River for boating, water skiing, and fishing. Parking is provided. Overnight camping is prohibited. No potable water.
KNIGHTS LANDING BOAT LAUNCH
9350 Highway 45, Knights Landing, CA 95645
Knights Landing Boat Launch is located on 4 acres near the town of Knights Landing, at the junction of the Sacramento River and Sycamore Slough, on State Route 45, about 25 miles northwest of Sacramento. This park provides access to the Sacramento River for boating, water skiing, and fishing. The property is owned by the State Department of Fish & Wildlife- Wildlife Conservation Board and is operated & maintained under a long-term lease by Yolo County. Parking and sanitary facilities are provided. No potable water on-site. A launch fee is required. Overnight camping is prohibited.
ELKHORN REGIONAL PARK
18989 Old River Road, West Sacramento, CA 95691
Elkhorn Regional Park is located on the berm between the levee and the Sacramento River, approximately 1.75 miles south of where I-5 crosses the Sacramento River on Old River Road. The park is 55 acres of lush riparian vegetation and offers a wide variety of wildlife viewing. Recreational opportunities include fishing, picnicking, bird watching, nature study, and boating. The park has a boat ramp, picnic area, parking lot, and sanitary facilities. The park is open from 7:00 a.m. until dusk, except when river conditions require closure. A use fee is required. Overnight camping is prohibited. A Park Host resides on site.
