The crop statistics program entails gathering information from agriculture industry and growers regarding crop values for the annual Agricultural Crop Report, as required by Section 2279 of the California Food and Agricultural Code. We also gather information about agricultural losses due to natural disasters such as storms, high winds, flooding or freezing.
