ZEV UTV Program Voucher

Yolo-Solano Air Quality Management District’s (YSAQMD) new Zero-Emission UTV Voucher Program offers monetary incentives to support the transition from diesel or gasoline-powered UTVs to zero-emission UTVs in local agricultural operations.

Partnering with Yolo County and California Air Resources Board (CARB), YSAQMD is proud to expand the Funding Agricultural Replacement Measures for Emission Reductions (FARMER) Program, a program dedicated to providing funding for agricultural harvesting equipment, tractors, and other equipment used in agricultural operations by offering these incentives to foster sustainable practices within our local agricultural community.

ABOUT

The Natural and Working Lands (NWL) Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) will focus on two primary goals: 1) engaging the community in the unincorporated area of Yolo County—particularly the local farming and farmworker communities—in climate action work related to natural and working lands; 2) providing input on Yolo County’s Climate Action and Adaptation Plan (CAAP) development and implementation related to efforts to both sequester carbon on natural and working lands and reduce greenhouse gas emissions from agricultural operations. The NWL TAC may make recommendations to the Commission including suggestions related to community engagement and natural and working lands strategies important to successful development and implementation of the CAAP.
